Between 2022 and 2023, the TM organizations rebranded their products with the agency Made Thought. Our TM app team has been involved in working on the redesign of new global TM website: tm.org
I work closely with the agency and the TM in-house team to implement the new branding on the website, crafting a product experience where UI elements and flow have been crafted with precision and elegance.
From the sleek UI elements to the intuitive user flow, we aimed to create a cohesive product experience that not only reflects the refreshed identity but also enhances user engagement and satisfaction. With meticulous attention to detail, we ensured that every interaction on the website resonates with the essence of the rebranded TM.
Following the website launch, lead generation increased by 35.6%, and sales bookings rose by 75,5% within the first year, underscoring the effectiveness of the rebranding in driving growth and user engagement.
The design process involved careful consideration of modular variants and UI blocks, which were crafted to be versatile and easily repurposed for different types of content. This approach ensured scalability and flexibility, allowing for seamless integration of diverse content across the website.
Furthermore, by alternating between backgrounds gradients, images, and flat colors, we aimed to create visual variety and stimulate user interest. This strategic use of different visual elements not only adds aesthetic appeal but also enhances the overall user experience by capturing attention and guiding users through the content journey.
A custom UI kit and a new Design System have been created in alignment with the new Branding.
